The YMCA of Greater Williamson County is Seeking Positive role models to join our after school team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help kids in your area learn and grow through play! These are part-time positions.

The YMCA after school program is based in elementary schools across Georgetown, Hutto, Leander, Round Rock and Liberty Hill ISD's and is a great way to start building a rewarding career working with kids!

Our Programs offer a positive environment where kids can have fun while they learn and grow through play and we expect you to play and laugh along with them!

We are looking for outstanding role models to come and help us create a great place for the K-5th graders of Williamson County to grow and learn. This part-time opportunity requires you to be available Monday-Friday from 2:30-6:30 pm. In exchange for your time and willingness to have fun, we pay between $10 and $11 per hour, depending on experience, and offer a number of great incentives including:

You'll get to lead groups of kids through exciting curriculum and activities such as painting, playing coloring and singing. All We need from you is:

  • A positive Attitude
  • A great sense of fun and willingness to get paid to play
  • A desire to give back to the community through mentoring children
  • At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass reference checks, criminal history check, sex offender registry check,  FBI fingerprint background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
