Are you ready to spend the summer playing with kids, having fun and getting paid? Then the YMCA is the place for you. We are looking for energetic, positive people to come and play with us all summer.

As a Camp Counselor you’ll lead groups of children through a range of fun activities including: arts and crafts, sports, a tower climb, zip lining, and so much more. Join us in singing songs, playing games, and making a difference every day in children's lives for the summer. Having fun is a priority but also keeping the kids safe is key.

The YMCA of Greater Williamson County is currently recruiting for Camp Counselors at all camp locations across Williamson County. We have a variety of shifts available Mon-Fri between 7am to 7pm and can accommodate most schedules. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.

In order to make camp a success we will be looking for candidates to possess:

  • Loads of enthusiasm
  • A sense of adventure
  • Ability to pass a drug test/background check
  • At least 18 years or older with a high school degree or equivalent(limited number of positions available for people under 18 who do not possess a high school diploma or equivalent).
