The YMCA of Greater Williamson County is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a member of the Marketing team. The Corporate Sales Manager will welcome a variety of challenges while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.    

The successful candidate will strategize with the VP of Marketing/Communications and the Director of Special Events on setting and meeting sales and sponsorship goals. This individual will work closely with the group sales team to ensure sales goals are met. This position provides both inside and outside sales support to the Association with a focus on various business markets including, corporate, schools and special events. Duties include, but not limited to: frontline communication and presentation of our programs in a variety of settings, establish contracts for services, and ensure a positive group experience. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships within the community, while ensuring customer satisfaction and staying team and community focused.

 Primary Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales and Sponsorships: Assist with sales budget, exceed sales goals by booking corporate memberships and sponsorships, conduct tours, negotiate contracts and close sales. Follow up on patron experience. Conducts front line communication and presentation of association programs and services, develops and maintains relationships and partnerships within the community; Develops and follows up on leads. 

Skills / Requirements

2+ years relevant experience required. A bachelor’s degree preferred. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team. The candidate will be able to effectively multi-task as well as demonstrate strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, sex offender and criminal history background check.
