If this sounds like you, you would be a great fit as an afterschool Site Coordinator!

Our Site Coordinators work to build outstanding afterschool programs in elementary schools across Leander, Round Rock, and Hutto ISD’s. Site Coordinators not only develop the curriculum for their school site but also help their staff to grow and learn so that they can deliver the experience that the children in our programs deserve. Our Site Coordinators set the tone for our programs and must have a positive and fun energy. A passion for what you do and an ability to work with limited supervision is essential to be successful in this position.

This position is an important part of our afterschool team, working up to 29 hours per week including running your afterschool site from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. Starting Pay is between $12.00 and $15 per hour. In addition, you will receive all of the perks of being a YMCA employee including:

To be considered for this opportunity you must:

  • Have experience motivating a team
  • Be able to create exciting curriculum that helps our kids grown and learn
  • Have previous experience in a licensed childcare, afterschool or school environment
  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma
  • Be able to pass a drug test and background check
